Factful conversations

To build a progressive sector, we’re going to need to change the way people think about changing the world.

That means being able to have informed conversations and looking at old ideas with a fresh perspective.

Utopy’s vision and ambition are grounded in evidence and informed by the latest insights. We want debate in our society to be informed and intelligent, so everyone can make better decisions.

What we do

We collaborate with diverse voices to help transform the way we think and talk about changing the world. With evidence and insight at the heart of our story, we will develop campaigns and seek opportunities to inform, educate and influence people about the reality of, and ways to, further social progress.

We seek to make unproductive debates obsolete and focus the sector on solving problems, not bemoaning them.

What you can do

Share your expertise

If you’re thinking about a way the conversation needs to change, we’d love you to get in touch with us. Recommend people for us to collaborate with, assets we should share, people we should champion.

Challenge misinformation

Dispute misinformation and myths whenever you come across them.

Champion your staff

If you’re a charitable organisation - stop assuring the public that you won’t spend their money on “admin costs”. Stand up for the work that all your staff do - and champion their efforts to keep your organisation running effectively.
